Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your hair prior to using and installing your elegant wig.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair available. All products we offer on this website are custom made to your preference therefore, there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. All exchanges must be approved by emailing or calling. For exchanges, the items must be mailed in its original condition with an invoice and a Undeniable wigs code (UWC) obtained by emailing us at info@undeniablewigs.com.
Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for an exchange. These alterations may include and are not restricted to coloring, perming, bleaching, cutting, blow drying, washing, brushing, and combing. The item or items being exchanged must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be intact.
Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the original receipt.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY CUSTOM CLOSURE
Balding on your closure is caused by excessive tension on the hairs, this includes brushing, forceful or vigorous pulling. The hairs on a silk based custom closure are placed individually so please handle with care to avoid balding. A bald closure cannot be fixed it will have to be replaced, so please always wash, comb and style with care to ensure the durability of your closure.
